Cookie and local-storage notice

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Remind uses cookies and similar browser storage only where needed for security, authentication and functionality requested by the user. The public marketing site does not currently use advertising or audience-analytics cookies.

Technologies currently used

Provider/categoryPurposeTypical duration
Remind session and security storageMaintains authenticated sessions, prevents cross-site request forgery and preserves security state in the administration interfaceSession or 180 days
Microsoft sign-inCompletes authentication selected by the user and maintains the Microsoft identity session under Microsoft’s termsSet and controlled by Microsoft; duration varies

These technologies are used because the requested service cannot be securely provided without them. Where consent is legally required for a technology, Remind will request consent before activating it.

We currently link to YouTube videos rather than embedding them on the page. Following a link takes the visitor to YouTube, whose own privacy and cookie terms apply.

Users can remove or block browser storage through browser settings, but authentication, contact-form protection or other requested functionality may stop working.

If Remind introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, session-replay or embedded-media technologies, we will update this notice and add an appropriate consent mechanism before those technologies load.
