Remind Subprocessors

This page identifies third parties engaged by Moonbear Ventures LLC to process customer personal data when providing Remind, together with important payment and marketplace providers. A provider’s legal role can depend on the service and the customer’s own agreement with that provider.

Microsoft’s role for a commercial marketplace purchase is also governed in part by the purchaser’s agreement with Microsoft.

Changes

Customers provide general authorization for Moonbear to use subprocessors under the Remind Data Processing Addendum. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before a new subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data, except where an urgent replacement is necessary to maintain security or continuity.

To receive subprocessor-change notices, email [email protected] with the subject “Subprocessor notices” and the customer organization name. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
